Sales Tax

Because our base of operation is located in Utah, the state requires that we collect sales tax on all purchases delivered within the boundaries of the state. When applicable, sales tax information will be displayed in your shopping cart along with other pricing information that pertains to your order. No sales tax is collected for the other 49 states.

ODERING OFFLINE

If you are not comfortable ordering on-line (from the Kimball Jones Web Site), Kimball Jones makes it very simple to place your order by phone. By using the time honored standard phone system, you can place your order with a real live sales person. Our toll-free number is 888-673-2239, and qualified sales personnel are available to help you between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. M-F, Mountain Standard Time. After placing your order, you will be asked to provide your credit card information, and to specify what type of shipping you would like. Free shipping (for orders of $50.00 or more) takes 7-12 days delivery time, depending on location.  If you need your purchase sooner, you may request UPS Ground (1-6 days depending on location),  UPS 3 Day Select (delivery by end of the third business day in lower 48 states), UPS 2nd Day Air (delivery by end of the second business day) or UPS Next Day Air (delivery by 10:30 a.m. on the next business day).
